Long (Hiệp Trần Nghĩa), a Vietnamese driver in Southern California, answers a late-night call. Already in his pajamas, he reluctantly accepts, taking in a man named Thai (Dustin Nguyen) and his two companions. But the men, recently escaped convicts from the Orange County Jail, take Long hostage at gunpoint, forcing him into their escape plan. When complications arise, the fugitives and their pit of hostages enter a motel, and a tense waiting game unfolds.
